Improvisation isn’t a Plan B. It’s the ability to deal with uncertainty in a productive way.
In this workshop, improvisation is not viewed as a stage technique, but rather as a tool for creative thinking, collaborative action, and spontaneous decision-making. It’s playful, direct, and requires no prior experience.
The session will be led by Oliver Som, a professor of innovation and technology management at MCI, who also performs on stage as a musician specializing in jazz, electronic music, and improvisation.
A workshop on openness, responsiveness—and why new ideas often emerge precisely where there is no set plan.
