What skills do we need in a rapidly changing world? And what defines the truly human qualities that no machine can replace? How can we create a learning culture in schools and vocational training that strengthens critical thinking and judgment, fosters creativity and confidence in the world, ensures equitable access, and productively brings together mind and hand—precisely to keep us capable of acting in the context of artificial intelligence? – This third and final panel of the festival is dedicated to the crucial question of education and, together with passionate practitioners and experts, explores possibilities for what a system might look like that sends not just graduates, but “originals,” out into the world.
The guests will be announced shortly.
The panel discussions do not begin with arguments, but with a moment: a text, a voice, an image, or a sound opens up the space—quietly, intently, perhaps unexpectedly. These artistic interventions are meant to be an invitation: to listen, to pause, to reflect and to think further. Then the conversation begins.
And this conversation deliberately avoids the traditional format of expert panels. Instead, it brings together diverse perspectives: people with experience and people with questions, practitioners and those seeking answers—viewpoints that complement, challenge, and build upon one another. It is not about ready-made answers, but about a shared, creative reflection on the central questions of our time—from the economy to the design of spaces to the learning of the future.
We hope for conversations that are open, sometimes tentative, focused when necessary—but always driven by the conviction that new ideas emerge when different voices come together.
